01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bf69," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of bf69.app, a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform serving the Philippine market.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on bf69.app and uses the platform's services.
• "Platform" refers to the bf69.app website, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all games and services accessible therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the bf69 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player into their bf69 account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited to a player's account by bf69 under specific promotional terms and conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a game outcome through the bf69 platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for licensing and oversight of online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" / "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency used for all financial transactions on bf69.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer procedures, including identity and address verification required under Philippine regulations.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The bf69 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bf69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bf69 is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws. bf69 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where the offering of online gambling services is unlawful.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a bf69 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine address, mobile number, and email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one active bf69 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bf69 employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be duplicates will be closed with balances reviewed in accordance with our anti-fraud policies.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bf69 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bf69 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including all wagers placed and all financial transactions — shall be deemed to have been carried out by you and will be your sole responsibility.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your bf69 account has been accessed by an unauthorised individual, you must notify our customer support team immediately. bf69 will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your account to prevent further unauthorised activity. bf69 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions, bf69 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. bf69 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable regulations, and to close dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the email address associated with the account. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on bf69 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bf69 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

bf69 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (over-the-counter), and Cebuana Lhuillier. Payment method availability may vary based on your location and account verification status. bf69 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on bf69 is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under PAGCOR anti-money laundering protocols.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. bf69 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Transaction Integrity

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are logged and subject to audit. Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit after it has been used for wagering is considered fraudulent activity and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action under Philippine law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bf69 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These general Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. bf69 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements, and the contribution rates may vary by game type.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain in your account after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry dates of their active bonuses.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

bf69 actively monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, bf69 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the relevant account, and recover any funds obtained through abusive behaviour.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while another is pending wagering fulfilment may cause the existing bonus to be forfeited. Players should review their active bonus status before opting into new promotions.

06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on bf69 — including slots, live dealer casino games, poker, bingo, and Monster Hi-Lo — are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each provider's Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited and certified to ensure fairness and statistical randomness. 6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed logic. bf69 maintains complete game-round records, and the outcome of any interrupted round can be reviewed by contacting customer support. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before wagering.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bf69 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, bingo, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of match manipulation.
• Using the bf69 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity as defined under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the bf69 platform.
• Conducting credit card chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits used for wagering.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your bf69 account by a third party.
• Any conduct that bf69 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the reputation of bf69.

08 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Our Commitment

Your personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. bf69 does not sell your personal data to third parties. We employ industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bf69 platform — including but not limited to the bf69 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of bf69 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bf69 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the bf69 platform without our prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, bf69 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Any losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the platform due to technical errors.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government action.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners, beyond our obligation to work with certified and regulated partners.

In no event shall bf69's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by bf69

bf69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms and Conditions; (b) your account activity presents a fraud, money laundering, or security risk; (c) you have provided false registration or KYC information; (d) you are no longer eligible to use the platform; or (e) regulatory requirements necessitate the closure of your account.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your bf69 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not exempt you from any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the bf69 platform ceases immediately. bf69 will retain your personal data for the periods required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, after which it will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your bf69 account, a game outcome, or a financial transaction, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days. For disputes involving game outcomes, our technical team will review complete game-round logs and provide a detailed response.

13.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by bf69's customer support, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, bf69 is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures and will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments

bf69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on bf69.app. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bf69 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
